USING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO ENHANCE PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY

Using the Emotional Intelligence and Diversity model (developed by industry experts Gardenswartz, Rowe and Cherbosque - www.eidi.results.org) each participant will develop an enriched understanding of themselves and will:    

• clarify and enrich leadership style
• learn effective intercultural leadership skills and practice those skills during the course of the workshop
• develop a working knowledge of emotional intelligence as it relates to interculturalism & workplace diversity
• increase their capacity to lead during time of transition
• participate in the building of an enduring community among participants that will continue beyond the series of classes

This 2-day hands on and interactive course is filled with activities and training strategies that teach trainers how to develop and deliver fun, stimulating, compelling and relevant trainings.
