"Thank you for the extraordinary training we received as participants in the Coexistence Collaborative workshop. What wonderfully enriching, enlightening, and engaging personal and professional development training we received. Your approach, openness, and sensitivity created a comfortable and collaborative learning environment.

We became comfortable with each other in ways accepting of our diversity.  Arising is the growing perception that we can freely express ourselves without fear of rejection. Emerging is an environment where our quest for understanding and respect is possible.

When discussing sensitive topics, you graciously allow the natural discourse to take place. What a precious gift. Most facilitators have never mastered the art of letting the natural course of dialogue flow. Many want to control it. You trust its path will lead to meaningful understanding. That’s extremely powerful. Simply wonderful!!

Your work is perpetual and compelling. It’s moving us to a more diverse and rich view of life and relationships. Please accept my profound gratitude.   Words cannot express how much I’ve grown as a participant in the workshops. As a matter of fact, I’d like to make mention of the profound influence “Self-Talk” is having on my life. I’m seeing myself and the world around me anew.

I truly feel we accomplished that unimaginable quote framed on the wall of your reception area. It reads as follows “…and together we wove a circle.”

Thanks for the Resource List Jeanne, and again thank you for the great training.  In 16 years of working in the human services field this has been the first training that has really stuck with me and has changed the way I look at every day situations and interactions.  It has been almost effortless to integrate everything that I learned into what I do here at CSMA, especially because I am in a new position and was looking for guidance.

We are starting to incorporate some of the exercises you gave out in our manager’s meeting in January, and then every month thereafter.  Hopefully they will bring it back to their programs and it will start to make a difference throughout our department.  What you are doing is very valuable, and much appreciated.

“The Leadership Intensive: Learning to Effectively Lead in an Increasingly Complex and Multi-Cultural World workshop was one of the best workshops I have ever taken.  Not only did I learn how to become an effective leader, I learned how  better lead myself.

I developed a large toolbox of skills  to utilize in many situations.

The staff is very professional and caring, and you will develop long lasting relationships with all in the course.

If you can only take one training a year, this is the training to take.  A must have for any Supervisor, Director, or Human Resources personnel.”

I have found that our investment in sending our team members to trainings offered by Coexistence Collaborative has been well worth it! Over the last year, we have sent a number of our managers to their 5-day Using emotional Intelligence to Enhance Leadership Capacity Training.

The team members raved about the training and the entire experience.  They came back full of enthusiasm and ready to apply their new skills.   More importantly they did and continue to do so.

We have seen a positive change in skill level and in leadership behavior that has lasted far beyond the completion of the training course.

"Often we see things in retrospect.

What I see now is how the course content and Mirror-Map exercise served me in ways I could not have imagined possible.  The learning experience was amplified and anchored through revisiting our Mirror-Maps on the last day of class.

After the class ended, I kept that drawing where I saw it many times a day. I thought about it, shared it with family, and used it to introduce myself to others where it fit to do so.  It served me by helping me put “me” out where I could look at myself, where I could see how pieces of my personal journey tied together, and where I could remember the essence and context that is and has been so meaningful along the way.

You, your passion, and your course have touched my life and blessed me in the most supportive and transformative way I can imagine.    My world seems to have ignited … moving, expanding, evolving … the ride is a joy, and you are a big part of the reason why! “
